, the rainbow halo surrounding an object’s shadow opposite from the sun, is projected on clouds outside an airplane window.
Astronomy Picture of the Day provides the following explanation:
Looking out the window of an airplane, you might be lucky enough to see “the glory” in the direction directly opposite the Sun. Before !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , the phenomenon, known to some as the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! or the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , was sometimes seen from mountaintops. There, when conditions were right, one could !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and see what appeared to be the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! surrounded by a bright !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . The giant turns out to be the observer, as in the modern version a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! frequently occupies the glory’s center. This bright !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! was photographed two weeks ago over !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! from an airplane on approach to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . The !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is still being researched and is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Surely, small droplets of water in some way !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! sunlight backwards towards the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . The !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! has similar counterparts in other branches of science including !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , where looking out from the Earth in the direction opposite the Sun yields a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! called !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

Reminded me of this. I was amazed how this turned out.
Phone camera, late afternoon light, through the window of a car traveling at ~120km/h... I’m going to call it a victory.
